Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, PXP Wellness will refund your purchase.

Please contact us from our website contact page or using our chat feature to receive return instructions and an RMA.

The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in with the original bottle/jar/container and packaging and still have some or all of the product ingredients within it.

If the product was a gift, please have the original purchaser contact us so that we can process the return with them, any credits or replacements will be done with the original purchaser, but they may select to have the replacement sent to the gift recipient or honor for replacement merchandise applied toward the recipient’s choice of products
